Key Air is a full-service heating, ventilating, and commercial air conditioning (HVAC) Contractor located in Santa Fe Springs, California. We provide Commercial Air Conditioning installation, fabrication and service as a southern california hvac contractor.  All of our operations are managed from our Santa Fe Springs location, which includes an automated sheet metal fabrication facility capable of producing in excess of 1,000,000 (One Million) pounds of fabricated ductwork annually.  

Our project experience ranges from Education, Medical, Data Centers, Central Plants, Tenant Improvement, High Rise to specialized industrial process and production facilities.  Key Air has performed a diverse scope of work throughout the years and is well versed in all areas of mechanical construction.  

Our Commercial Air Conditioning Corporation has successfully completed in excess of $500,000,000  of HVAC construction since 1993, mostly in the Southern California area, although projects have been completed as far away as Toronto, Ontario, Canada and La Paz, Baja California, Mexico.

The largest single project completed to date is the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT), Interior Improvements and Baggage Screening System, Los Angeles, California.  This project possessed a forty-two (42) month construction schedule and ended successfully and on time February 2010 with a final contract amount of approximately $23,400,000 (Twenty-Three Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars), bonded.

Key Air is signatory to Local Unions 105 and 250 which includes all of its Shop Fabrication, Sheetmetal Workers, Service Technicians and Pipe Fitters, BIM/CAD Detailing. 

The Corporation is currently certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).  Certificates are available upon request.
